Need help creating a block that uses a polar stretch with a chained stretch

I have a block that I need to polar stretch and I need tick marks to stretch to half of the polar stretch while remaining on the block. Please take a look at the block that I have attached for a more clear understanding of what I am trying to accomplish. I have been testing various methods of stretching/moving and I have been unsuccessful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming I understand correctly what you are wanting to do, I think the solution is simpler than you might think.  Another polar stretch with distance modifier of 1/2.  See screencast.

Ahh, you're a savior! I completely forgot that you could add multiple actions to a single parameter. Thanks for simplifying things for me!
