I can't replicate your issue.  Maybe post a screencast showing the misbehavior.

Right I didn't give you a block with the MLAttribute filled in. Regardless, you can use the enhanced attribute editor and see the initial width, delete the block reinsert and check the width.

the screeen cast shows it

Screencast will be displayed here after you click Post.

Your screencast didn't post.  Regardless, I now see your issue.  Your multiline attribute is currently set Annotative = Yes.  Do you really need it to be annotative?  Isn't your titleblock always going to be inserted at 1:1 scale in paperspace?  If you make the multiline attribute non-annotative, it will respect the preset boundary width.

No need for annotative 👍
Thanks I will switch it later and let you know

The link does not work for me.  This is what happens when I click the link:

I don't have an Outlook account and don't want one.  I imagine it is the link that that was automatically sent to your e-mail as notification that 'your screencast is ready'.  That link will work for you but not others.  You need to click that link yourself, then copy the address that loads from that link.  That address will work for anyone and will also work in the 'Paste a Screencast Url" in the reply dialog.
