Thank you @Anonymous for sharing your problem with the community.

Yes, you can use the variable dia for pipes in the block and save for future reference and below URL helps you for dynamic blocks.

Hope the above information helps you !!

I don't have a specific link, but there are lots of youtube videos on how to make dynamic blocks. I found that watching a few videos on some basics and then just playing around making different dynamic blocks is what taught me what I can do with them.

There is an autodesk youtube page for their webinar series. I know there are a few dynamic block videos on that page. If you google "autodesk university dynamic blocks, there should be some videos of lectures and demonstrations from prior autodesk universities in Vegas that come up. Those are usually pretty informative too.

well, I know this but I want to make it a 3d dynamic block that takes two two input points in space and of course to be able to change to diameters and thickness , so any ideas or videos display how to make that .

You could have said that to start and I wouldn't have wasted a bunch of my time.

To give a more complete answer, I do not believe that dynamic blocks will be able to satisfy your desire.  Dynamic blocks were created for 2D use only.  While there are some workaround ways to make some 3D blocks, in general they do not play well with 3D.  To 'pick two points in space' would require changing the UCS so that the two points lie on the XY plane.  Faces and scale actions could likely be used to simulate a 3D pipe in a rudimentary way, but the end result would be a challenge to make and a challenge to use.  3D solids or mass elements outside of any block would be easier from the start.
