Lookup parameter doesn't s show text

Hey, I'm working on a little tabel with some lookup parameters.

When I insert the loopup, everything seems fine. The dropdown tab appears, but the text won't show.

I have tried reg or atsync, but stil it doesn't show.

Anyone know what to do?

I think it was just a bug. I stopt working on it for a bit, and than close cad.
Started it back up, and now everything works fine.

Still thanks for wanting to help 🙂

Okey I happend again, and now it would work after closing cad.
So please look at the DWG

After opening your file here it doesn't work as expected ;-(

My next step was a "recover" the file - it found (and repaired) a lot of errors, but your problem still remains (here).

So I did some modifications.

This >>Video<< shows that it works here at some first lines after my "repairing".

The next three "not repaired" lines do not yet work properly.

(don't forgot a "regen" to see the current values of the fields)

For the next three lines the video shows what I did.

But I'm not sure I've really gotten to the root of the problem. You should test it strongly.

Thanks for taking the time 🙂

Now there is an other problem. The lookup doesn't show at all.

I tried your method with bedit, and making the attribute and lookup again.

But still it doesn't show.

Better than posting an image would be to post the current state of the dwg file. (And additional perhaps an image to show where is the problem)

Oh sorry here it is.

And the problem is that the text of the lookup doesn't show at all now, even with re-inserting the lookup in the attribute.

Hmm, here >>it works<<

  ???  I'm sorry, I can't help .

What about your ATTREQ value, ON or OFF? Did you test the difference? (a shoot into the blue ...).

(And if you prefer to set ATTREQ ON, use meaningful prompts, e.g. "DO_NOT_EDIT" or similar).

No the problem is that the bottem lookup (on the row of "Door closer") doesn't show.

The rest of the lookup work fine.

I don't know what happens on your side. I deleted both your lookup15 (incl. action) and the two att. definitions and created two new Lookups and Attributes. -> works well as expected.

In the attachment I renamed the "repaired" block to pa-test and inserted a new block reference for demonstration.

HTH
