Lookup Parameter - always show "Lookup description String"

I have a dynamic block with Lookup Parameters which are used to show multiple visibilities.

I wanted to show tooltips permanently.

This is done with ""Lookup description String".

Is there a way to make sure theses always show, rather than just when hovering over the lookup parameter.

No you can't have them display permanently.
