How to rotate and stretch multileader

I'm having problems to rotate and stretch the multileader.

Does anyone has a solution for this problem?

If you want to draw like the file I have attached, you have to use (Polar Stretch pair) on the (parameter set).
I hope this is the answer to your question, if so please press the accept solution button.

I show step-by-step how to use a polar stretch on the leader end point in the screencast I posted.  IMO, showing a step-by-step screencast is a better way to relate the information than to post a block.  Also, the polar stretch pair leaves an unused stretch action in the block.  If a polar parameter is needed, it is better not to use a polar stretch pair and instead use a polar parameter and add a single stretch action to it.  In this case, though, you edited (exploded?) the little circle block at the leader end and eliminated the little leg that was on it.  With the end being a circle there is no need for a polar parameter and a simple point/stretch will suffice.
