Stretch Grip Doesn't Track with Rotation

I'm currently stumped on how to make my bottom stretch grip stick to the bottom of the vertical line during rotation. See the attached image and dwg containing the block for more information. Any help would be greatly appreciated; thanks in advance for the tips/help!

Thanks @Libbya! That was exactly what I needed. I hadn't thought to use a polyline instead of the two lines.
