How to attach linear parameter to attribute text length

I am learning how to work with dynamic blocks. I may be trying to push boundaries too far. I am working with a Design Block Title for an Architectural CAD class. The title has a reference circle on the left with a simple line extending to it's right. On top of the line is the attribute text for the actual drawing, on the bottom of the line, justified to the right side, is the scale reference for said drawing. I have figured out how to make the line itself adjustable as a dynamic block so I can stretch it to match the drawing. I also figured out how to attach the Scale reference to that same movement. The standard that my teacher wants set up is to make the line the same length as the Drawing Title. So if the drawing has a long title, the line would be longer, if it has a short name, the line would be shorter. The scale reference would adjust to match the right side of the line, wherever it lands. I have the Drawing title justified to the left because it always has to start exactly 1/2" to the right of the circle. Is there any way to make the dynamic block automatically adjusted to the right side of the Drawing title? My hope is that, upon inserting the block, I can type in the Attribute text and it will be adjusted to the proper sides without any manual changes. I realize this may not be possible. I was promised extra credit if I could find a way to make it work. Thank you!

Unfortunately not. You cannot link a stretch attribute to the length of a text string
