Help with half section wheel hub drawing

My professor gave me this wheel hub to draw as a half section. I am assuming he drew it himself, but I feel like there is not enough info to help me draw it and understand. Can someone help me out please? I am attaching screenshots below.My drawing so farThe drawing provided

The information presented in the hand drawing looks complete.  What you have shown above in AutoCAD does not appear to be correct.  Take a closer look at the hand drawn sections.
