I work in the Metal Building Industry. We have Dynamic Panel Blocks we insert into a bordered area, example being a rectangular wall perimeter, to produce a data excel file. The block can be stretched to get the length of the panel and the width can be selected from preset values. We have to adjust each block individually and this is time consuming. Is there a way to either make a block that will automatically extend to the border of each wall, length wise, or is there a lisp routine that will accomplish this. I need to be able to extract the length, type of panel, quantity of blocks and area the block belongs to.
