Having issues with making an array with stretch for a curve

Hi please, can I have some help with finding out what the issue is with this block?

I'm after a dynamic block that allows me to stretch a curve then array the curve. The issue is that if the size changes the distance of the array should change accordingly. Is there a way to link these parameters together in this way?

Block will be a dynamic Curtain that we can use to adjust accordingly. Attached is the block.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

I am looking at your dynamic block and when I drag the right grip, I end up with duplicate lines instead of a stretch.  Is this what you want?  I suggest getting that to work before considering the array portion f the design.

When you stretch the length of the arc, are you changing the radius at all?

What is the array supposed to do? I am not understanding how it is to be used with the arcs.

I think you're kind of stuck on that one unless you can set a reasonable limit on the array.

If you array using the dynamic parameters/actions then there is no way to adjust the column offset.  If you array using the array command and attempt to control the array using parametric constraints I do not think you can stretch the arcs.

With a limited 'array' you could use visibility states for each additional object but depending on the number of arrayed columns, it becomes increasingly complicated to create the block.

Is there a workable limit to the array?
