Formatting Issues with Dynamic Block

I'm having some issues with this block.  When I stretch the block in the downward Y axis, the align and and flip action don't move with the linework.  When I stretch the linework to the left or right, the flip action moves with the left or right stretch. The align action stays put. I would like that to stay in it's current position horizontaly. I would also like to add an additional align action on the top horizontal line that moves with the upward Y axis stretch action. Could someone lend some assistance?

Also, it there a way to keep the attributed text reading right side up after the block has been flipped vertically?

Grips always move exactly relative to the movement of their associated parameters.  Grips cannot be moved independent of their associated parameters.  If you want a grip to move, then move the parameter.  See screencast.
