Dynamic Insulated Elbow with symmetrical scale and independent thickness of insulation

I am struggling with dynamic block creation.

I need to scale elbow (DN parameter) with insulation but keeping the thickness of insulation independently to DN size.

I can partially do some actions but I am not able to put it all together as you can see in attached drawing.

Another Block as per your need.

used dimension and parametric constraint.

Hope this will help you.

Let me know if you need further modification.

Yes, it is exactly as per my need 🙂
To be honest, I prefer to change DN parameter instead of DN/2 but I can rename rad1 to DN and that's enough for me.
I need the DN parameter (Diameter Nominal ≈ duct diameter) to create bill of quantity according to the DN of the elbow.

What I would still need is to Add angular parameter as per "Elbow Insulation Rad" block to be able change radius of the elbow.

Not exactly.
Distance1 parameter change (scale) properly.
But a change of the parameters Distance2 and Distance3 causes deformation and asymmetry.
And Distance2 and Distance3 shoul equal, so changing either of the two parameters will change both.

Check Updated block.

changing dimension using grip sometimes behaves annoyingly. so better use properties to change the value of dimension as per below snap.

The best way to do it is to add a sizing table here inside of the block.

also in this case flip action does not work properly, So I have removed the flip action.

Super 👍, thank you.
I'm sorry to hear that flip action doesn't work.
Is it possible to keep angle grip always in the middle ?
It isn't so important, just "cosmetic" matter.

that is what I suggest you just hide that all grip and add block properties table.

this will work best for you. see below snap of my cable tray bend block which is almost similar to your block.

Here I have not used Angle but in your case, you can try it.

The same is also attached here for your reference.
