Dynamic door block - incorrect "SCALE" action using "STRETCH" action.

Hello,

Please could someone help me with "SCALE" action in my dynamic door block ? 

When I try to stretch my "door width" with "SCALE" action reffered to that, my "door arc" is moving incorrect Up/Down a little bit.

I am sending video to represent my problem and also .dwg file with dynamic door block.

I think also the rotate parameter/action need your further attention. (I can't believe you want it works as it currently does).
