Dynamic circle - increase size using diameter, not radius

I have a dynamic circle, when you select the grip it shows the radius which you can type in a new dimension.

 

Is there a way to make the circle scale up from its center and be able to type in a diameter instead radius?

Umm... You do know that a regular CIRCLE object does that "dynamic" thing when you just grip a quadrant, right?

Especially since your block does not appear to do much else in a special way like set increments etc.

Yes but I eventually want to add in more detail to this block and scale all the linework together - these are for restaurant tables. I'm just starting with a circle to see if it works
