Dynamic Blocks tutorials

Hi there! 

Could someone recommend me (if it´s possible) some tutorial to understand the operations of the different parameters (lookup, visibility,...) for dynamic blocks? I would like to start using them, but I just know how to use basic parameters (stretch, flip, rotate,...)
