Dynamic Blocks - Lookup Tutorial Needed

Has anyone found a good tutorial for the complete functionality of dynamic blocks? I am desperatley trying to lear using lookup tables within dynamic blocks to control the visibilty state of individual components.

The AutoCAD University vids do not cover this topic, and I have found no printed or PDF reference manual where dynamic blocks are fully explored.

I have found a few sample drawings on this board doing exactly what I try to accomplish, but can not find any resource where I can learn how to do this myself. - Specifically I am hanging up at creating the "bridge" between lookups. - See https://forums.autodesk.com/autodesk/attachments/autodesk/154/16564/3/Multiple%20Visibility%20States...

And no, I do not want to utilize a LiSP routine or a VB routine to avoid excessive file size of the blocks, since my drawings must be usable for coworkers who have only the LT version.

Any suggestions? - Thanks in advance!

I'm not aware of any documentation on the subject other than on this forum.  I've posted lots of details including screencasts that show step-by-step how it is accomplished.  Use the search and read up.  Let me know if you get stuck.

Thanks, that answers some questions and just maybe I'll be able to create the block I need. BUT I still feel that half of the tools available in the creation of Dynamic Blocks is totally undocumented and users have to rely on other users rather than getting a thorough Command Reference from AutoDesk, the way it used to be.

Guess what I am really looking for is a very comprehensive book or PDF which I can i have open while I try to update my skills.
