Dynamic block with polar stretch and second polar pair stretch at 90 degree offset

I'm building a dynamic block for a pipe flange that can be stretched to fit the valve or instrument its flanged to, it includes the option for a single flange and a rotation to match the pipe angle and a wipeout background. I am trying to add the ability to stretch the flange in 90 degree to the pipe for wider equipment. I have tried polar stretch and a liner stretch with or with out rotation. I was able to get the Wide stretch to work  but only when the block is horizontal. If the block is not 0 or 180 the second stretch skews the flange parts in odd angles. When I try to add the stretch window to the polar stretch I get an error and 2 items cant be added (the stretch windows i assume)

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Found that when I use the polar stretch grip to rotate the block it sets the angle (not rotation) and this throws off the 90 stretch action. If I set the rotation using the properties box instead, the 90 stretch moves correctly. Not sure how to remedy this in the block. What I came up with is using the Align parameter in the Block. I only use this block adjacent to a line so Align is appropriate, and it changes the Rotation for the block not the Angle, so the stretch action works correctly. If someone has a better work around, I'd love to here/see it.

Thanks for listening.

Attached my work around. You'll need a line in your drawing to Align to, then you can stretch the length and width of the flange set.
