Dynamic attributes disappeared when i change scale

Hello guys!

I have this situation here:

I created some blocks to use in my projects and all of them have some dynamic properties.

The problems are: When i change the scale of determinig the axis of that block the dynamic properties disappear.

See this example:

In my first print, i have the block in current scales 1,1,1 and the following dynamic properties:

No problems until here.

But, see the second print, then i change one of scales of blocks the problems occurs, see:

Is there a way to change one of scale of block and maintain the dynamic attributes?

I also put that file in attachment.

Any help is apreciated.

For grips to stay visible the scale has to be the same for the X, Y and Z axis. If you change one of them the grips will disappear.
