Dynamic block with array every 5.5m but not less?

Hi All!

I am new at creating Dynamic blocks and need some help.

I've created a dynamic block for a DN250 pipe and it currently has Stretch and Rotate actions. Please see attached. (It also has Visibility states and Flip actions for pipe breaks at the ends, btw.) 

I would like to know how I can add an Array action, so that a socket becomes visible on the pipe every 5.5m, as the pipe is stretched, but not visible when the pipe is less than 5.5m in length.

Any info, or link to solutions, would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much!
