Dynamic Block Rotation Grip

Hello

I have created an interior door block with a variety of move/flip/rotate as well as the use of double lookups to allow our CAD operators to choose between size, door configuration and text visibility. It all seems to work fine except for the rotate grip on the text only. When the text is rotated, the grip for the rotate moves considerably far from it's original location. We would prefer it to remain in the same location relative to the text it is attached to.

I realize there's a lot going on in this block so any feedback to simplify it would also be welcomed.

I would remove the Lookup Parameters from the Rotation Action (and IMO from the flip Action too ). 

But I'm not sure if this is what you want.
