How can we change the custom properties of dynamic block after constraint are applied?

Is their any work around to change the property values?

Please post an example dwg what you have and tell us what you want to do (or to achieve).

Select the block and either adjust the grips or change the parameter values in Properties under Custom Properties.

Highlighted is a dynamic block which contains below properties/parameters

if I apply the constraint then it is showing the message

and also not able to modify the parameter as shown in below image

like not able to flip/ not able to change line show.. property

need some solution for this

Applying any constraints externally to a dynamic block disables all of the dynamic properties of the block.  That's just the way it is.  Don't apply external constraints to the block if you want the dynamic properties to be functional.

can I do that by using Jig?

Hmm, what is "Jig"? (Excuse my ignorance)

As asked above, post a dwg please and let us know more about the needed "functionality" (which geometry do you whish to chance dynamically?) of the block.

Actually, I am placing the dynamic block by using AutoCAD api (c#).

I can be able to place the block properly at particular location.

but I am not able to constraint 

let's consider if I move one rectangle from one location to another location according to the movement the dynamic block should vary

Unfortunately I only can guess if >>that<< could meet your goal (?). I still don't yet know what you really want to achieve. Where do you have which constraints, what do you (think to) need constraints for, ...?
