Dynamic Block - No Reverse Lookup Option in Property Lookup Table

I am a fairly new to creating Dynamic Blocks (DB) , but a 25 year user of AutoCAD. This may be a simple question for someone. I am working with a DB that I wish to have (2) two Lookup Table for differing parts of the block. After adding my Lookup Parameter, and adding the Lookup Action to that parameter, I start to add properties to the Lookup Table for that Lookup and it is not giving me the option to change from "Read Only" to "Reverse Lookup" in order to add the grip needed for the dropdown options I want to appear in the finished block. I have only one other Lookup Table in this block but it has differing properties in it than the one I am having issues with. What could be the trouble?

If it only has the Read Only option then it is because you have more than one value for input properties that match a lookup property.  Post the block/file if you want help figuring out which row/value.

The issue seemed to be that I had not placed all of the descriptions for each of my input properties scenarios under the Lookup Properties column. It did not give the option for "Allow Reverse Lookup" until every line had a description.
