Dynamic Block Grips Not Moving As Expected

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the attached dynamic block.  The grips at the right top & bottom are moving with the center top and bottom grips as desired.  The upper left grip, however, is moving with the lower center grip and the lower left grip is moving with the upper center grip (see attached pdf).  Why doesn't the left side behave like the right side?

Your stretch1 and stretch2 windows are too big. Make them smaller. See the images below
