Dynamic Block - Equal scaling lines

I am trying to make Dynamic block, which Vertical line scales with Distance 2 only on X axis. (distance between the lines are always = (Distance2) / 3). Can you help me to make this block work? If I apply scale, it scales lines on Y axis to... which I do not need. Maybe there is a way to assign the dimension parametrically?

You just needed to add a couple of move actions to distance 2 and change the multipliers to 1/3 and 2/3. See the attached drawing.
