Dynamic block auto change the background color

Have anyone ever run into this kind of dyn block issue?   Dynamic block auto change the background color from 255, 255, 255 (which we intend for a wipe out background) to be in green by itself.  Moreover the same block show different background color btween model and layout spaces too.  See enclosed images.  This made the block plot in black background.  Any fix available?  What'd cause it to act like this?  Is it a program bug?

It is a small finish tag only. Not a full dwg file. Can you see only this
or you need to have the real dwg too?

try to use wipeout instead of background (I don't know what you use, maybe solid hatch)

@smatchai_v You only need to attach the block. See the image below for attaching a file

We use wipeout before but it randomly keep acting weird sometime by changing order of the objects (above or under).  So we use the SOLID hatch in color 255, 255, 255 for the trick instead.   It work likes a charm up until the lately incident.

Here again is the dynamic finish block.  Not sure the attachment didn't get through before.  Hope it went thru this time.

The hatch doesn't have the (true)color 255,255,255 as you wrote, but the index color 255. The last one changes its color (black/white) automatically depending on the background color, the true color will always look as white.

Thank you!  I will try testing it if that's the case here.  A small color setting could cause such a mess.

We only know what you have posted. Your file doesn't include a Dynamic Block. If my suggestion above doesn't help you should post the complete (dynamic?) block.
