Dynamic Block & Property Block Table with User Input Data

I have a block containing a rectangle. Outside the rectangle is an attribute being populated with data of various standard fixed sizes. This data is being supplied from a DB block property table. Now I know the table can provide fixed data but I need the DB to optionally also allow the user to type in a odd, unique sizes? Is this possible?

I think so.  Post the block.

A follow-up question. Can the DB's properties tables row shown below be hidden from the user?

Nope.

Be aware that clicking the display for the table allows the user to see the table but does not allow any editing of the table.  It is just an alternative way to select the row of the table.  The user needs to enter block editor to actually edit the table values.
