DOUBLE LOOK UP - SECOND ACTION NOT SHOWING

I am testing out this method of having multiple visibility states by doing the double look up method. I also went to the ribbon and under action parameters, to show all actions. However, I'm not able to edit the second look up action -- only one appears when I insert the double look up function.

As  said, you need to set BACTIONBARMODE to 0 to see/edit the other lookup table, but be aware that setting it to 0 will also allow you to add actions to the selection sets of other actions.  Take care not to add actions to the selection sets of other actions as it can cause unwanted behavior unless the effects are understood.
