Door Symbol

New to AutoCad LT, how do I place a door symbol?  The quick references says go to ToolPalettes and select the symbol but it's not working.

If you type CTRL + 3 or use the command TOOLPALETTES, you should get a window like this.
Navigate to the 'Architectural' tab.

If you click a pre-made block like the 'Door - Metric' block, you can click anywhere in the drawing and it will place it down.
