Help! Stretch action is not working well if the Rotation action is used prior to it

Rotating the stretch actions changes their angle offsets.  Remove the stretch actions from the rotate action's selection set.

sir, my icons look like these? how do I do it?

it looks like only the parameters can be added or be removed but no option for the actions. I am using AutoCAD2015.

The odd thing about your actions looking like you show is that it is not possible to add the stretch actions into the rotate action's selection set when BACTIONBARMODE=1, and yet they were added to the rotate action.  You must have had it set to 0 while making the block (or someone else made it) in order to get to the initially posted block.
