Dimension Orientation inside Dynamic Blocks

Hello All,

    I have a pretty simple dynamic block but I am having a difficult time figuring out how to get my dimension text to orient properly when the block itself is rotated in a drawing.

I am able to get the correct orientaion if I rotate the block and then flip it, but it puts the dimension at the bottom of the block and I need it to stay at the top. Thanks in advance for all of your help!!

AS YOU CAN SEE U NEED 2 FLIP PARAMETERS TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL.
