Dim within block, some resize with anno scale and some dont

So I have set up a couple of annotative dimensions with 4 set annotation scales within a dynamic block. They each are part of a stretch command so the user can shift their location to best fit the annotative scale. The block itself is not annotative.

My problem is that 1 of the dimensions will display at an annotative scale that was not selected within the block editor while the other dimensions retain their last accepted scale. Why is one of the dimensions acting differently? I've attached photos showing the dim resize with the annotative scale, where 1:1 is on the annotative scale list, and 4:1 is not.

When I compare the properties of the two dimensions there are no inconsistencies other than the expected coordinates of labels etc.
What else am I missing that could cause the inconsistent behaviour?

Post your block. If you just post pictures we cannot help you as we need to look into the block and the settings you've got for the dimensions

The dimensions have identical properties as far as I can see - but please see attached.

@j.jacksonYZPZE The dimension for some unknown reason was defaulting to 1:2 scale when the main drawing scale was changed to 4:1

So what I did was delete all the other scales (apart from 1:1) from the dimension, and then readded them.

It now works as you would expect. See the attached drawing.

Thanks for that.
Removing and re-adding the annotative scales reset whatever was going wrong behind the scenes.

The 1:2 scale default likely came from that being the active annotative scale in the block editor.

Shouldn't be you can change the active annotative scale of the block inside the block editor
