create attributes for visibility 2nd

Hi Everyone.
i've a problem with attributes into visibility.
when i add attribute for 1st visibility and create 2nd visibility and add new attribute. but when close block it only visible for 1st visibility. 2nd visibility is invisible.

pls see photo and attached files
so pls help me explain about that problem.

There are two reasons the newly added attributes are not displaying.  The first reason is because you have not run the ATTSYNC command.  Any time you edit attributes within a block definition, you need to run the ATTSYNC command on the block for those changes to take effect on pre-existing block insertions.  

The other reason your new attributes are 'invisible' is because the attribute value is blank.  You have not added any 'default value' for any of them.  They will not be visible until the value is changed.

Here's a screencast that shows a step-by-step.  First I use the ATTSYNC command and then I edit the attributes so that they are not blank.  They all show up.
