changing visibility states of attributes in dynamic block- (from verti to horiz sheet template)

i want to create a vertical and horizontal sheet template using visability in  the dynamic block but the attribute do not respond to me visibility states??

refer below i need to change from H-vertical to H-horizontal and visa versa but attributes to not comply!

Every attribute must have a unique tag.

but im using same (copied text) attribute just need it show up indiff location?

I guess I'll say it another way.  Visibility states will NOT work with attributes that share the same tag.  Period.  No way around that.  

If you want the same information displayed in multiple attributes then use fields.

Alternatively, Instead of trying to change the visibility of the attributes, you could use a lookup combined with point/moves in order to move the attribute to the desired position for each state.  Change the visibility of the other linework/objects with the same lookup.
