Change text in a block when inserted

I don't know how to create a block (I'm making weld blocks) that I can change the fraction when I insert it into my drawing. Example sometimes my weld is  a 3/16 fillet weld, sometimes its 1/4 , 5/16 , etc. How can I make this block where I can determine this variable as I insert the block? I'm using AutoCAD 2020.

During the block insertion, between the time you initiate the insertion and the time you select the insertion point of the block, you can change any dynamic property on the properties palette, provided the governing parameter is set to 'show properties'.

Instead of a static text you can use an Attribute.
