Change scale and position for elements inside a dynamic block

Hi everyone, I'm wondering what's wrong with my block.

I created a block for piping: I can change the diameter, stretch the length and also insert curves at the ends.

But I have a problem: a) if I stretch the length and THEN I change the diameter, the curves are scaled correctly but they move. Instead, b) if I change the diameter and then stretch the length, the curves are scaled correctly and are in the correct position too.

Can anyone help me?

I'm using Autocad LT 2023

But before I spend more time to this issue we have to clarify some questions. See the attached .dwg file please.

Attached a suggestion how you can solve your main problem (the arcs move away).

The vis. states are not yet added, that should not be a problem for you.

Thank you very much for your help! I'm watching the video and your solution, and I'll be able to study it in some day because of the intense work in this period, but I'll let you know! thank you again
