cannot load attribute from dynamic block

I create the dynamic title block like A1 but when create new drawing with this template drawing, a *Uxx block created, and the program used to load A1 block's attribute from the title block failed. The one who write the program told me that program cannot see the A1, is the way to let program find A1? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I attached the aaa.dwg which include block named title block, in the title block there's stamp I use dynamic block so user can click it to select NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION or RELEASED FOR CONSTRUCTION, but when use open the Block Attribute Manager, there are two blocks, one is "title block", another is "*U2" was created by AutoCAD because dynamic block was used.

We had the program (sorry I don't have the code) used to load draw number information which is good in previous revision of title block, but when the new title block with dynamic block, the guy told me the program cannot see the "title block" only "*U2", so cannot load attribute "draw name" from the block. Thanks
