Can't Keep my Attributes at the Center

Help! I just want the attribute text at the top & and bottom to be at the middle. the stretch action that i placed with 0.50 distance multiplier is only working for the attribute at the bottom but not to the one on the top.

Every attribute must have a unique tag.

I didn't understand why you had the extra chained point/move.  You had it set up so that the 0.5 attribute stretched the chained point move, and that move action also had a 0.5 distance multiplier.  The result was that the attributes were moved 0.5x0.5 or 0.25.  I deleted the extra chained point/move and added the two attributes to the 0.5 stretch action.
