Can it be automatically extended when it rotates?

Greetings;

I have block simple that has some rotation action. When it rotates upper lines must be strecth positively and lower ones must be strecth negatively. I did that with 3 grips in attached block. I just want to know is there a way that when it rotates strecth action can be done automatically. Any idea will be apprecieated.

Thanks in advence.

Why don't you use a POLAR STRETCH?

See the attached drawing

Thank you for answering;

Sure might be but I have two specific problems to avoid polar stretch:

Firstly, Green and red lines must have relatively rotate to each other. (Angle1)

Secondly, vertical line must have rotate half of Angle1. (Angle2=Angle1/2)

When you use polar stretch vertical line cannot rotate half of relative rotation and polar stretch has a second problem which is make same colored lines  narrower or wider.

Am I to understand that the "Final result" for the lines needs to look like an X?

No it is not. İt is the opposite of X. For different angles see attached file.

May be I did not very clear about what I want. sorry about that. I want in every angle d1 and d3 parameters may stretching depend on rotate parameter not by hand.

Sorry. I don't understand at all what you want and I've only got LT so I can't work with constraints
