block flip arrow doesnt show

i added a flip arrow for a block,   and it works perfectly.

 

i did the same to another block,  and the flip arrow doesnt show on the model.

*there is no yellow '!'  and i dont see any other issue. 

 

how to fix it ?  i need it to increase efficiency.

In the properties panel be sure the block is uniformly scaled. If x, y or z sale values don't all match the dynamic handles will be hidden. This caught me up a few times. Hope this helps.
