Hello
  1. How do you add a linear parameter that modifies the height of the extrusion?
  2. Is it possible to put a parameter that would allow you to modify the elevation of the block according to the z-axis?

You can't. Dynamic blocks are only 2D

You can only add parameters in the same plane, so what you want is not possible with dynamic blocks.

If you only need a few distinct heights for the cube, you can make a dynamic block with some visibility states.

See attachment for a start of such a block.

For a simple box you can cheat with a surface model. To change the height use the properties panel.

For real (more complex) models this will not work.
