Autocad 2023 Flyout help topic

Hello,

I got promoted to make our autocad program more efficient. So I want to work with changable blocks. I think it is called FLY-OUT.

It is a small triangle where I can change the layout of a block. Can someone give me a tutorial on how to start from zero with something like this? Cause I need to make some title frames in different languages. I have made 3 different title frames already but how do I make them into 1 block/flyout.

Sorry for my bad enlish, correct me pls if I use the wrong terminologie.

All tips and tricks are welcome.
