Attribute disapears when switching views in dynamic block

I am creating elevation blocks for cabinets. We use 30" and 42" high cabinets. I have an attribute for the width of the cabinet in each view. The issue is the attribute shows up in all of the views and not in the proper location and both of the attributes appear in all of the views. It should only appear in the 1230 Std and 1242 Std views. I have attached a sample drawing. I found one post that said the solution was to lock the attribute, I have done that but the issue is not resolved. Thanks for any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

The block looks like it was designed with multiple visibility states.  Be sure the visibility state you want to show is active in each view.  Existing visibility states are set with no attribute, which is reasonable.

The attributed text should not be visible in the "existing" views. When the block is inserted and you go through the views the attributed text shows in all views and does not move with the height of the line work. However when you edit the block everything is correct when you look at the various views. ??  Ted Evans

All attributes should have their own unique tag.  You have two attributes with the same tag (LINE_1).  When you have more than one attribute with the same tag, they no longer respect visibility state settings.
