A3 Template error

Hi When i try to create a Template I can't match with Borders Size(A3) I have set A3 via Page setup manager and pasted a A3 Size Border,created few View ports

But when i see Print Preview it was not in A3 (Scale of Model space Drawing was 1:1) View port-1:1,Border also 1:1

Let us know to proceed or attach your a# size Templates

Thanks But How you scaled it

When I try to plot with PDF Creator It was Fine (Equally spaced at all corners) But when I change plotter Name it was not fine anymore so could you please suggest some solution so that I can Make some Standard Layout Template Irrespective of Plotter/Printer Selection!
