3d Dynamic block for metric bolts

Hi all

Does anyone know where I can get Metric bolts that are dynamic and in 3d?

I have searched for ages with no luck. Hope this forum community can help out.  TIA James

Hi Yes I tried in plain cad on another p/c

yes I did in the same file and exactly as per your video.....sigh

This would help you for the moment, but this would not solve the problem. Either your AutoCAD is defect (I don't believe it) or you're doing something wrong.

Can you please capture a video (use any video recorder of your choice, above I used Autodesk's Screencast, Download here).

I hope we can then see where the mistake is or what is going wrong.

I found it!

You created the parameters (AF, ...) while you were in Model space. These you cann't use in the block editor for dimensioning.

You have to create the Parameters while working in the block editor.

 

A Video will follow in some minutes.

I found it!!

 

You created the Parameters (AF, ...) in the model space instead in the block editor environment. These you cann't use in the block editor for dimensioning.
You have to create the Parameters while working in the block editor.

 

In the video first the wrong way (until 1:23), then how to do it correct.
