You cannot save a DWG file with hidden lines 'removed'.
You can set a viewport in your DWG to HIDEPLOT which has the effect you
seek. And as long as you close your file with the LAYOUT in display, any DWG
viewer, including Volo View, will see it as you did in AutoCAD.
