files don't open

True view 2025. I try to open dxf files. I get no error like can't find path etc. But nothing displays in the model or layout pages. I use the same file with their online viewer and get results, so the file isn't empty. I just installed this yesterday, so user error isn't out of possibilities.

Unless you plan on sharing your DXF files here, not sure anyone can provide you with much guidance on what to do.

The online viewer may use a different conversion/viewer tool: DWGRUEVIEW uses whatever is built into AutoCAD and that can be very picky and rejects DXF file that are not 100% in compliance with Autodesk's DXF code.

There are dozens of free and low cost DXF viewers online, help yourself if DTV fails to meet your needs regularly.

I've had similar issues before. Sometimes resetting the workspace or updating the software can help . Have you tried checking if there are any pending updates for TrueView 2025?
