This forum is for a desktop software you install: it is updated once a year (so far anyway) to keep up with it's parent software, Desktop AutoCAD for Windows.
The other online tool you mention.... it has no forum support at all around here. You'll want to visit that website and reach out to support to ask your questions.
BUT IN GENERAL... Online (aka cloud) apps (and this viewer is no exception) are constantly updating since you the end user never EVER has to install anything at all. That's how online tools work: they update all the time and you the end user never have to do anything.
You don't get to see those what changed unless unless there is an FAQ or post about it, so you'll always want to check the 'what's new' page if and when offered to read about them.
