Hi,
We're thinking of batch convert a huge DWG archive to DWFX, to offer our users the possibility of seeing drawings in IE11.
Searching Google did not result in a tool to do the job. How would you do this? How do other companies do this? Maybe use a 2 step way, first convert to DWF, then to DWFX?
Kind regards,
Pauline Berens

In Autodesk's free Design Review application, use Save-As and, when prompted, change the file extension from .DWF to .DWFx. Or, use Autodesk's free DWG TrueView application to batch publish DWG files to DWFx files. AutoCad is NOT needed. The advantage of using the first method (Design Review instead of TrueView) is that Save-As retains all of the original .DWF file's text-searchable information. Unfortunately, using DWG TrueView to convert .DWG files directly to .DWFx files does not keep any text information.
