Hi,
As a new data exchange user, you might run into a situation where you are unable to see any projects and hubs in your connector.
There can be two possible reasons:
- You don’t have edit permissions to the folders you want to access in ACC - This can be resolved by coordinating with your ACC project admin and getting the required folder permissions.
- You have not Activated the ACC integrations for that particular connector.
Now let's dive deeper into the second scenario. This can be resolved in two ways
- Activate the ACC app for the connector from the ACC app gallery - Please refer to this post from our Team Member Tobias Hathor on activating the ACC App.
- In case you are not able to activate the ACC App through the ACC apps gallery please follow these steps to add a custom integration for our connector.
Adding Custom Integration for Data exchange connectors
- Log in under ACC Account admin.
- Open BIM360 Admin options
- Open the Settings option under BIM360 admin
- Access Custom Integrations settings once you are under settings
- Add Custom Integration under custom integrations settings
- Select Access for BIM 360 Account Admin and Document Management, and then set settings as I am a developer.
- Add Forge Client ID and App name as provided by our Support team and save.
- Once saved, the app will be activated for the ACC account and you can always check the details for this app under the Custom Integrations setting.
